Shipping & Returns
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Saleable condition means the item must be in original, unworn condition. We are very strict about this. Any scratches, damage or other wear marks voids your right to return the item. Special order items are not refundable. Items that have a trade in on the original transaction cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request in the form of original payment received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. The Diamond Center will charge 3.5% of the sale amount as a processing fee for all returns that involve the use of a credit card. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package. All returns require a return authroization number to process your item. Please give us a call so we can review your item and shipping procedure so that the process will be safe and efficient.
